The building footprint is articulated and planned to maximize the potential of the surrounding views – the panoramic view of the vast sea and the inspiring view of the city. The 2 main towers lifted from the ground, connecting the open basement via series of columns like random tree trunks.
The sleek curvilinear facade design is a seamless continuity that relates to the ground, like water cascading from the building facade, eventually merging with fluid landscape below. The full height glazing enhances views to the external and allows the sea breeze and natural light to interact with the internal spaces. The gradual curved balconies parallel to the main building facade edge extends the living spaces, providing further shade for the living spaces below.
